How to Return an Item

 

Our 28 day "no quibbles" guarantee.

 

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note:  feel free to open the item and try it for size, but do try and return it in the same condition, as it arrived.

Returning items using our 28 day "no quibbles" guarantee is simple. Use the relevant section below to find out more about how to return your item:

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

 

  • Use the returns label on the Delivery Note that arrived with your order.  Please note We do not offer a free returns service.

  • This note must include your invoice number. 

  • In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault on the note included 

  • Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards and accessories 

 

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

 

Items Damaged in Transit
 

If you take delivery of an GForceKeepers.com package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for immediate exchange.

 

  • Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards and accessories.

  • Use the returns label on the delivery note that arrived with your order.  

 

We will notify you via e-mail when we have arranged for the new item to sent. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item.

 

Faulty Items
 

You have the right to return a faulty item within 10 working days, please e-mail us a photograph of the damage.  In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to let us know by email, send the faulty item back with the delivery note, we can then process your refund or replacement.  

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cooling-off Period 

 

At GForceKeepers.com we want every customer to be a satisfied customer. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our "no quibbles" guarantee if, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received the item.

 

By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you.

 

To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please take the following steps:

 

  • Use the returns label on the delivery note that arrived with your order. Detailing the reason for return as Contract Cancellation. 

  • This note MUST include your order number.

  • Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards and accessories.

 

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.

 

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

 

Please note:  we do not offer a free returns service. However, if you return items for replacement, we will dispatch the replacement goods to you free of charge. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

 

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge - we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
